Hub City Time
Comes off as rude, makes fun of the customer (because we're all supposed to know what he knows lol), and lacks the knowledge of basic customer service (he sizes up the customer and sometimes says prices about items he's not sure how much they really worth).

I found Hub City Time, while looking for a watch that would be a gift. After talking to David, he didn't try to sell me something he helped me buy what was the appropriate item. David and Megan are very helpful and professional, a family business that actually cares about the customer. I took an old family pocket watch in for cleaning. David was friendly, informative and the service was top notch. He mailed the watch back to me when the work was completed and he packaged it up very expertly so it would not be damaged in the mail. It arrived safe and sound, works great and shines like new. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have an old timepiece repaired.

I had an old pocket watch from my grandfather which was laying in an old box for decades with a missing crystal. I contacted Hub City and Megan gave me a firm quote over the phone to have this crystal replaced and have it evaluated and dated. Very professional courteous service. David does beautiful work and I was amazed as to how gorgeous (and valuable!) this timepiece turned out to be. It is now a family heirloom!!Highly Recommended!!!

Have gone to Hub City Time several times for various watch services. Have had batteries and straps replaced. Great prompt service. They have a good selection of straps and parts. I love the Casio selection. Will definitely buy more watches and parts in future.

The movement had seized on my watch and one of the sub dials was not working. I contacted the shop and explained what needed to be fixed via email and they responded within an hour. I dropped my watch off and got an estimate on the spot and was able to pick it up the next day with it working perfectly for a very reasonable price.Fantastic service and would highly recommend Hub City Time to anyone needing any sort of watch or clock repair.
