last winter i was absurdly charged for 1 tire, after having it installed, immediately turning on my car, a ton of dash lights came on, after having a REAL mechanic look, the guys at tirecraft bumped and broke off a wheel sensor. the karen that works as the receptionist told me what am i supposed to do? that is not our fault" and proceeded to try and charge me another $300 for parts. sorry karen
