Not happy with the recent time reduction to 2min 40sec per token. If your costs are going up, then you should increase the cost of each token, not reducing the machine time per token!!

$6/3 tokens (each token gave you 2:40 to do whatever you need). More than enough for a general car wash. Could not be more pleased.

Popular self serve car wash and the only one if you live in Burnaby/Vancouver area. Came here to wash off the salt from the recent snow we had. The place was busy (as I had expected) and not maintained at all.After the big snow fall we had, the place was not shovelled at all, many ice potholes and a huge tripping hazard. Driving a sedan, it was very hard to even drive into any of the stalls as all of them had thick layers of snow/ice and scrapped my car on the ice a few times. I understand that there will be ice forming from people having washed their cars in cold temperatures but it was apparent that none of the stalls were plowed to begin with nor did I see any salt spread. I nearly tripped a few times.The soap wasn’t coming out properly from the nozzle either. Water had good pressure though. Prices are very reasonable. $2 for 1 token which is good for 3 minutes.

Great place to vaccum and wash carIt took me 30 minutes to complete the task on a busy saturday spent 8 Dollar.Also u can park in the side and do your self detailing, best experience after a long time to spend some time with the car and give some love and care.....I recommend to take some cash with you to get the tokens for the wash...... So that your credit card will be safe

I got my car recently and I was used to going to self-serve car washes when I used to live in the states since they’re much cheaper than the automatic ones and there’s less risk of your car getting scratched in the process. Happy to say this one is up to par with the ones I’ve been to in the states and I’ve been coming back every time I’ve needed to wash my car! Prices are decent and they have cloths and other accessories you can buy with the tokens you get. Definitely recommend!

Very bad experience. Crowed and dirty. I waited 15 mins and the machine took away two of my $2 coins without any response. The return button didn't work. The owner came and told me to swipe card. One $6 swipe should give three tokens but it only gave me two, and the owner told me to try again which I refused. I went to try the other machine, which showed cash only after my swipe, wasting another six dollars of mine. The owner claimed the system was upgrading and left indifferently. This place rained my day :(The owner was also asking people to hurry and leave because there were people waiting. I think he should finish his own wash before supervising others.

$2 now buys 2 minutes of wash time, so you need at least 3 cycles to wash a car. Today I used the foam brush and it rubbed a whole lot of oily sticky grime to the car body. I suspect someone must have used it to wash his leaky engineer or something. I called the Indian attendant. He saw the oil marks around the car and touched the brush and gave me one free token. I had to run the cycle two more times after that free token, at my own cost, to get it a little clean. Overall, I'm not happy. Even without the oil, there is hardly any soap being dispensed. Water is not warm so it doesn't remove the oil.

One of the only self serve wash stations in metro van. I much prefer washing my car manually than going through an auto wash as those tend to miss alot of the gunk and debris caked on.Cost and paying: $18 will get you 24 minutes of washing. Obviously if you know what you're doing, you wont need all that time and will spend less. There is a coin machine, but I'm glad they do have a card tap feature to make the process easier. You tap your card, it starts a timer, and it cuts off at 24 min if you dont press the end button. You can tap again if you need more time.Use the dial to pick what you're doing, such as whether your rinsing low power, high power, applying soap, clear coat, etc. Be sure to spray down the brush before scrubbing as to remove any fevris that could scratch your paint.There are plenty of stalls and there are workers around if there are any issues. Pull your car off to the side when you're done if you wish to towel dry (don't take up a stall to dry).If your car is decently dirty, i would recommend coming here over an auto wash if you have the time to put into washing it down properly.

Decent place for a wash. It's 2$ at the minimum for 1 token. That lasts 3 minutes for a wash, or two minute vaccuum. You'll find yourself spending at least 6$ to get your car cleaned and vacuumed. If you do not have change be prepared to ask strangers for change as they only accept Visa, 1/2$ coins.
