Any seafood you order is basically 70% breaded oil and then a bit of actual food. Onion rings have no onion in them, just deepfried flour. Staff are friendly but disorganized and slow.Your best bet for food is the Bacon and eggs, coffee is ok.

Had a great breakfast there on our trip back from St.Anothony. Great people and a great spot to talk with the best people in Canada. Thanks for the great hospitality!! Love you guys!!

Stopped here on way up to L’Anse aux Meadows. Great food, the biggest surprise were the lemon squares available in the store! Bought two packs and they didn’t make it home!

We drove quite a way to reach this well reputed bakery and cafe. Like many of the businesses in Newfoundland this is more than a bakery and cafe. It is a diner and convenient store. It may also rent cabins for the night. A woman brewed us a fresh pot, which was very kind of her. We picked up a raspberry pie and More Bars. Both were tasty.

Disappointed on a Saturday there wasn’t anything from the bakery out for us on our way to gros mourn mountain. Was looking forward to something at 9:20 am in the morning. Ended up at a gas station with baked goods available.

We really enjoyed our 3 days at their new cabins. Four well built and modern cabins accommodated group totalling 16. Food was great, people friendly. Only drawback was poor Internet connection

Had a simple but hearty lunch after a cold drive along the coast. Nice vegetable soup and (surprisingly) good poutine!
