I chose Vanterra because I was looking for a locally owned company in Vancouver, BC. Additionally, their gravel bikes are very minimalistic yet maintain high quality, which is exactly what I was searching for. The components are of excellent quality and fall within a reasonable price range.The entire team at Vanterra provides exceptional service, especially when it comes to promptly responding to messages and questions. Their service is fabulous. There are just a couple of minor things I would like to mention. Firstly, Vanterra operates solely online, and it would be cool if they had a physical store where customers could test the bikes in person. Secondly, I wish they offered a 3-month free service for the chain, drivetrain, etc., as part of their bike service." Even if it incurred an additional cost

I bought four bike bags from them: quality is just okay, not better than items off Amazon.Delivery time wasn't as fast as they advertised on their website.No customer service whatsoever: i sent several emails regarding my order and receipt, but never had any reply.Will definitely not recommend.

Great bike for a first time rider! This is my first road bike and I could not be happier. I was initially a bit nervous buying online but after doing some research and finding out it was a company local to Vancouver I pulled the trigger and could not be happier! The delivery processes was super quick and straightforward and their CS department is awesome! Upon delivery it was really easy to put together and is so intuitive when riding. I also love the colour and get asked so many compliments when out and about. Me and four of my friends have bought them now. 5 stars all around!!

Quick delivery, received my ride in 5 days after ordering it. From West Coast to Montreal in no time. Easy assembly, needed a little adjustments on front disc brake but I was done in no time. Took it for a ride a really enjoyed it. Good position, good stability and geometry built for uphills. Like the Tiagra set, not much difference with my 105 on my Cannondale. Te best thing about the bike is the looks , love the olive green and it’s really making heads turn. Got someone asking where did I purchase it.Truly recommend this ride, great bang for the buck.

Great customer service and quick delivery. I bought Vanterra Gravel bike and its amazing! It took 4 business days to delivered Toronto from West Coast. I had to make a adjustments on front, rear disk brake calipers and front derailleur but it was easy to do. I truly recommend Vanterra bike If anyone looking to purchase either rode or gravel bike.

I have enjoyed my Vanterra road bike a lot. I use it about once per week to ride the Seymour Demonstration Forest with a group of friends here in North Vancouver. They are all positively impressed with the bike, its look and performance. I am very happy. Delivery took only 1 day and assembly was easy too. I was unable to find road bikes anywhere in this price range at this moment (spring 2021) so I’m very happy with my decision.

Recently received my Vanterra Pilot and am more than satisfied. First of all, customer service and shipping was perfectly prompt, assembly was easy and took minutes, and most of all, the best quality /price out there. Also helps that it looks sleek and slick. Already getting looks :)

Fast, easy and great quality. Was a little hesitant to place my order due to the lack of reviews, but took the leap and was super impressed. Received my bike well within the ETA and just in time for sunny weather. The box was light and easy to unpackage by myself. Assembly was fast, but calibrating it took a bit more time (about an hour), however as I'm a novice I'd assume someone with more experience would be faster at this part. The first ride was a stunner - gear changes felt smooth and I was easily able to climb hills with little effort. Got lots of compliments on the unique colour as well. Overall, super impressed and happy with my purchase. Thanks team!
