Giving it a one star but really should be no stars. Where do I start.....the first day we spent showing people around, thinking we would have a consistent caregiver, then different people showed up each day. How on earth can you get any support for someone and relief for a family when you constantly have to spend time orienting people around. The second day someone came in and clapped their hands every time they needed something...clap clap clap I need a bowl" ...clap clap clap "I need cereal"....and on it went till she left. She clapped her hands and asked for a washcloth and bowl with warm water

I have had nothing but problems with them they called at 7am the morning off..Then a psw just showed up at my door when my mother wasn’t even out of Homewood yet .Then they keep sending different psw when we are in a pandemic. plus they don’t show up at the times they say they are coming .and they are showing up at 1pm to get her pyjamas when I got told it would be late afternoons.
