Growth in the Grove Yoga & Wellness
I was a total skeptic regarding Reiki. Jen Barth is a knowledgeable Reiki practitioner with a genuine calming manner. At the end of my 30 minutes she shared her own observations about the session and allowed me to do the same. Jen was able to confidently identify places in my body needing this healing. It was an emotional but amazing experience of feeling a release of energy I certainly did not need in my body. Reiki I'm sure is an individual experience for everyone. I AM NO LONGER A SKEPTIC.

Jai suivi un cours de Yoga avec Jennifer,Jai vraiment beaucoup appréciée la facon dont elle enseigne. Elle s'adapte a tous les types de personnes présente et selon lors capacité. Elle nomme les poses et les exécutes, ce qui permet aux débutantes comme moi de pouvoir voir les postures et les connaître.
