Worst customer service ever at City Engine. Not sure what frustration you carry. Following up with your response for our truck repair. It all started when you told us that we cannot check our truck without paying we were just asking to check it if the problem is resolved before checking out which makes sense if we are paying a few thousands dollars. Then you threatened Baldeep that you will not give his truck back. Then he didn't have any choice other than calling the police and then only you let him sit in the unit for a few minutes before paying it. You even told him at that time there is no warranty on the camshaft as you replaced our original camshaft with the used one. We weren't even made aware of that AT ALL. HUGE SCAM!!!! Check engine light came as soon as he came on the road so as expected the problem was you didn't know what you were doing and that's why you didn't let him take the test drive you knew it's not fixed and you were the one who told us the codes are still there after you built the engine. It is the mechanic's job to find out the problem and advise the customer accordingly so it means you didn't check anything before opening the whole engine apart. Just curious but expect from you if someone comes with any problem in the engine then you always rip apart the whole engine. Will pursue further because you created a new problem (check engine light) for us which was not there before.FYI: Does that make sense if I'm not paying and calling the police at the same time. You should have called the police then if we were not paying. You are contradicting with your own statements this is the example of worst customer service right here.

I am regular client of City Engine. They know their job well and stand good on their commitments. Staff is very friendly and will strongly recommend City Engine.

Fantastic job done by city engine rebuild. Every machine shop told me replace your motor but this guy rebuilt same my truck motor like a brand new motor Dil garden garden ho gya, the owner is very honest and helpful, one of Machanic shop in Bolton Active truck centre he destroyed my motor but city engine made my new motor thanks Mr Raj

Awesome service. Fast and reliable. Our truck broke down they picked us up for free and had my truck fixed the next day. I Highly recommend them

The owner is very honest, my friend got his truck repaired from them after wasting money and time at other truck repair centre and still his truck was not able to run on road. After getting recommendation from our common friend his truck was fixed in a week at city engine. Not once he got trouble again, he is so happy now.

Just picked up my 2015 International dump truck 500 Cummins today. Rebuilt top of the motorruns greatThis is the 5th engine we have had fixed or rebuilt at city engines. One CAT two Cummins one Detroit and one GMC. All in the last 4 years.I still own all 5 trucks and will be bringing the back once we need them to be rebuilt again.Thanks Raj and all the guys at the shop

I am greatly pleased with the service that was provided. I got my engine fully repaired almost a year ago and have had no issues with it since. I have been in contact with him a few times for minor repairs and I was greeted with polite and efficient customer service every time. Overall I am very satisfied with the company and their service.

Scammer!!!! Worst experience ever. I dealt with the owner raj there, my truck went there for repair he didn't check what the problem was, told me he will rebuilt the engine and gave me the quote it was fine until then. By next day opened the whole engine and called me that camshaft is broken it will be extra then rather than answering my questions kept on asking what I would like to do now either he will build the engine as it is and pay him the labour for nothing or it will involve the engine rebuilt cost as well as camshaft repair cost. It was his job to let me know that camshaft wouldn't be covered in the whole engine. When I questioned he said I should know about this. If I had the mechanical knowledge would have repaired the truck myself and if I knew he is a scammer wouldn't have gone there. But didn't have any choice at the time. He kept my truck for more than a week when it was done went to get my truck I was told I'm NOT allowed to check the truck I have to pay first. I was paying thousands of dollars but couldn't check if the problem is resolved. VERY STRANGE. He behaved really rude then I was told he won't give my truck back I said I have to call the police then. Worst customer experience ever, very rude owner. scammer and knows very well how to take advantage of the customers!!! Didn't give any warranty even because he replaced it with the old camshaft without even letting me know. Had to give one star otherwise would give minus infinity :(
