Passed by on a late Saturday afternoon in the hopes of getting a broken generator fixed. The problem could unfortunately not be fixed, however everyone was super accommodating and helpful! Tried everything they could to alleviate our issues and could provide an alternative solution. Would definitely recommend, great experience.

Mark Burton was amazing in helping us find a 5th wheel for my dad, from info on height of ceiling for instance as we know nothing about 5th wheels. He has gone over the top in even helping us with the delivery and making sure he answered our emails so promptly. I would recommend his expertise to anyone!Ryan Bailey was also very informative when giving us a showing of a 5th wheel.Thanks so much gentlemen!

I recently stopped in at Fraserway and met with Mark Burton in sales. I couldn't be more impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and customer service. The team at Fraserway RV in Kamloops were very helpful and accommodating. Sales man basically, talked himself out of any deal. He was loud and all about himself. Slow down buddy and do not be so aggressive.

I usually wait to enter a review, as everyone is good for the first 3 months! But I bought a used motorhome from Fraserway Kamloops a year ago and have been gratefully surprised with all the extraordinary service I have received from this dealership! Ryan and his team are always very attentive to all my stupid questions and have made my family's experience smooth and worry free! Highly recommend this Dealership!

I would like to thank Mark Burton and Mark Voight for there great service at fraserway RV . I had a no-bo RV 10.6 but wanted to move up to something a little bigger . Mark found a 16.1 . My wife and i looked at the 16.1 . It checked all the boxes . thank to Mark voight made it happen . Thank you sharon in the parts department for all her help
