I have been teaching puppy manners classes and providing Free Puppy Social Club at Paw Street Market North Vancouver for last several years and I can’t express by words how amazing all the girls have been helping our students and me!They constantly fill up the stock and checking with each customers what they need.Girls are very knowledgeable about products and have some amazing tips.Highly recommended store!

We forgot our leash on the way to holidays and the staff that helped us was so kind and helpful picking out a new leash and gave a great recommendation! Definitely will come back again!!!

This is very cute local shop with lots of different grain free high protein foods and cans for cats and dogs. It has very nice toys that my loves them all :) I am very happy that I got to know about this shop as they have everything we need. The staff are super kind and super nice. They also have dog washing service for 9.99 CAD which is a great service for dog owners.

What a great place! My dog loves it here. Friendly staff, decent selection of merch and foods. The best part is the fantastic dog washing facility. 2 furry rascals can be bathed at a time. There are many combs and tools available, soap and towels, not to mention bottomless treats! All for $10

Unfortunately I had a really sad experience, I came in with my toddler to buy some treats for our dog. I was struggling a bit with my almost 2 year old as he doesn’t stay still, but I was trying to quickly pick out the things we needed. The employee was visibly annoyed with my toddler picking up the toy dog balls and trying to play with them. She said “can he not do that? It’s hard to put the tags back on if they come off”. I understand it’s irritating for stores to have kids come in but I was trying so hard to direct him to not touch the items in the store. I was mortified and embarrassed. I apologized and ended up leaving without the dog treats. It was sad mostly because trying to do anything with an energetic toddler is near impossible and I was quite obviously having a hard time already. I felt so unwelcome. I said I would try to come back when I didn’t have my son, but honestly I just feel a bit too disheartened to go back.

This place is awesome! They have all you would ever need for your pets and a helpful and knowledgeable staff.

My favorite North shore pet food store. The staff are friendly and always remember us and our dog. Extensive treat selection for really good prices. The dog wash is awesome too. My daughter loves the animal themes ear ring selection too btw!

I don't even live in the neighbourhood and this is my main stop for pet supplies. I stopped here one day on the way to my parents' and realized what a gem I had stumbled upon. First thing I noticed is that many toy prices were considerably lower than Amazon even. And the treat selection and quality is great. Friendly staff who actually care! Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Took my puppy there for a bath and it was much more easier than at home. <3
