I have only been twice, different doctors. Staff and doctors all friendly. Make sure you get there before opening as there is usually a line up that forms early, especially on weekends.

Worst walk in clinic! Me and my husband went there to seek prescription for birth control, then after filling out the form they told us to pay for $75 and it’s really okay for us since I have no health card. We waited for approximately half an hour for the prescription but ending up with nothing, the receptionist 1 told us to wait 3 hours ohhhhh so my husband ask if is it okay to pick it up tomorrow because he has a work and she said yes! The day after my husband went there from a night shift work, and they did not give the prescription… The receptionist 2 said we must register again!!!! Boooooo!!!! You wasted our time!!!!!

Hyde Park Care Walk-In Clinic
Never visit this clinic. I walked in here for a medical test for my licence upgrade. The receptionist quoted me $150 and I asked her if that includes everything, to which she replied yes. Today, after few weeks, i am receiving an invoice which states that i owe $62 to some other lab company.I called hyde park clinic and they say that the invoice is sent by other company so its not their problem.

If there was a zero star I would give that to this uncaring facility. No flexibility at all. They won't pick up the fone and then when u come in ,they have reached their capacity ! My son is burning with fever and they wouldn't take him.

This clinic is the absolute WORST walk-in clinic I have ever been to. The receptionists are extremely rude and inconsiderate, the doctors literally take HOURS to see you, and their health services are subpar at best. I was forced to wait 3.5 hours to get a simple READING for a TB skin test. I have other commitments in my busy life and do not have time to wait around like this. I have never been more emotionally scarred from an experience ever before. Take yourself and your children someplace else where you can be treated with some dignity and respect.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!!!!!

I was reading all the negative reviews regarding the receptionist. So I kept that in mind when we came. The young woman at the front desk was actually extremely friendly, helpful and kind to the kids. Just wanted to give her a shout out considering it was busy and lots of patients.Just wanted to give her a shout out here as there’s not been positive reviews regarding reception

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HEREI took my 6 month old for her vaccine. Waited from 9:30am-2pm till she got it. Only to get a call an hour later saying she was given the 4-6 year old vaccine. The doctor didn’t even have the decency to call and apologize herself! They were also supposed to follow up with me for next steps and I didn’t even hear back from them. They do not answer their phones. Will never go back here

Very unprofessional. They wave you away with the back of their hand like you're nothing. No manners at all and talking on the phone to her friend saying do you miss me?" when I'm standing right there waiting for her to reply and signals me to go away. Not sure how they hire these people. Definitely don't recommend you waste your time here at all. Ridiculous."

Awful and negligent behaviour from both the doctor and receptionist. Took my mom here after she cut her foot, we needed a couple stitches and the hospital wait was 7 hours. They wouldn’t even help my mom clean the cut or anything. Receptionist sat at her computer and refused to answer me when I came in and showed no care when I told her the situation. Doctor refused to do the stitches… for no apparent reason except she didn’t want to. Doctors take oaths to help people!
