On Saturday 1 October, my wife and I came in to transfer our mobility services from another provider to Bell, upgrade our phones, and port our mobile numbers from the other provider. The service team of Nick, Jennifer, and Milan were fantastic - knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and very helpful.Despite challenges porting one of the numbers and the incredibly long time it took to transfer data from the old phone to the new one, the entire team worked hard on the phone with tech support, and working on the hardware, staying beyond closing time to ensure we were squared away.It was fantastic service, commitment to the customer, and a great experience.Our thanks to all of them, and we would recommend this store to anyone who wants a great customer experience.

Best service I've had with a cellular provider ever. The team at Bayer's Lake paid attention to details, made sure that all four lines we were switching over worked, and transferred all phone data to the right phones. Our Bell rep was Abdel and he was amazing!! Customer service by him was top notch and he made sure we had the best phones, plans and services for us! It was the best experience I have ever had with Bell and I would go back to him for any Bell service. I only wish he could be our representative for our home service as well because it has been a long while that I have received customer service this great anywhere!! I had occasion today to visit the Aliant store in Bayers Lake. I had a locked Samsung phone that I wanted to unlock for an upcoming trip to Europe. Bells Customer Service # was of no help to me.I had the great luck of being served by a young man named Milan. Well, what a jewel he turned out to be!!!He found out that unlocking this phone was no easy feat. But he persevered. It became a challenge, I think.After numerous calls to Bell, Virgin and Samsung, and numerous times of getting his call dropped, he achieved success. I think he was as pleased as I was, that, finally, he conquered this phone!! Took about an hour and a half, but was well worth it to me.Bless you Milan! This crazy world could use a lot more people like you serving the public.And Bell Aliant in BL, you are very lucky to have him on your staff!!!Kudos to a job well done!
