Giving 1 star review for the photo center.First of all they setup offers for passport photos in 9.97$.When you visit them for the photos , they give you reasons saying that our camera is not taking good quality pictures for us passport requirement so we are not taking it currently.I am not sure such a big store like Walmart can’t fix this small issue and deny customers this basic service.I would request management to check and make sure if this is actually true and heartland Walmart is not capable of taking us passport photos.Highly disappointed as I had to travel almost 10 kn to take photos as I was denied service at this walmartPlease either fix these issues or stop providing these services so that customer won’t waste their time visiting your stores

Horrible customer service at this location. I received an email stating my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived the lady couldn’t locate my order, I waited ten minutes while she searched for it. Then she told me that the order wasn’t completed bc the person on shift didn’t know how to change the paper. I also ordered prints which were ready however along with my prints was someone else’s photos. I will not be ordering from this location again

There is always only one person working there at a time. It is highly disorganized. No one can ever find a product. Every time they can not find a product, they blame the head office and tell you to call them.

Staff speaks Punjabi among themselves all day. So unprofessional. You're in Canada, you're at work and you speak your own language? I was so fed up with this I wanted to speak with manager.. I found the manager and as I was approaching the manager is with their staff speaking punjabi of course.... It's very rude and disrespectful.

horrible experience. I ordered the poster online suppose to get the next day as they promised but wait 12 days still didn't get the thing. I called the customer service which kind of waste of time.

I waited over 20 minutes and no one was there to help me, even though I asked several store employees if they could find someone to assist. I tried calling customer service from within the store and no answer, tried calling the photo centre with no answer, which shouldn't have been a surprise since no one was there. I gave up and went to Staples instead. Quicker to get my pictures and cheaper too. Will not be back and do not recommend.

Order placed for six 4x6 prints several days before Christmas was delayed. Called customer support to push the order through after the new year, finally received email on January 6 to pick up. The location is super unorganized and took a lot time to locate my prints when I went for pick up. I would not trust for timely and accurate services at this location again.

2 stars because they produced my order in time and the quality is good, other than that the customer service when picking up my item needs a lot of improvement. I got to the place and there was a line up of 6 people with only one staff, who was helping a customer that had so many questions and issues. I only needed to pick up my online orders. 5 minutes go by and 5 more people line up behind me. After some time, another staff finally shows up but instead of moving quickly upon seeing this huge line, he proceeds ever so slowly like walking in his own world, goes to the side of the counter, starts banging a cart that was empty on the side of a shelf, then goes to the back doing God knows what, comes back out, then goes back, then finally comes out again, and finally asks to help the next person in line so lazily with no sense of urgency. I honestly don't understand people who work in customer service with lack of assessment in their environment or situation, most of the customers lined up have already paid and was just picking up their items, so making them wait was so unnecessary and disrespectful of their time.

They should increase the file size limit for poster prints. Poster prints are generally photos that are over 15 MB in size which is there a limit. Their Dropbox function also does not work. It has been like this for years now with no fix from Walmart.

Worst photo centre and unfortunately there is not much else around. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes then ever have to deal with them again. Every order I have placed there has been a problem. I have received an email saying my order was ready for pickup 2 times and I get there and they have said oh no that’s not ready yet. Another time I got an email saying it’s ready for pick up, waited a day, went to pick it up and they can’t find it. I waited an hour they couldn’t find it and printed on the spot. So disorganized!!!!
