Just had these guys install a fireplace and do some stone decor around it for us. They were incredibly reliable and professional. We were quoted almost twice as much buy two other companies and they needed several months of lead time and project completion time but the guys at Unique Air took about 2 weeks from the start of conversations to get our project completed! They had to cut out our old wood burning fireplace, and replace a new gas burning insert without breaking the brick wall - not an easy task!! In all our interactions, they were always on time, acted on their promise and were very respectful.Would love to work with them again :)

Our AC stopped working all of a sudden and Ali from Unique Air was able to get it fixed in less than 24 hours. He provided excellent service and was super responsive and helpful. I bought a tankless water heater from Unique Air three months ago. The two technicians installed it very fast and efficient within two hours. They also cleaned the work site after they got the job done. Lately, I had hot water issue. Ali came back to fix it for free although he found out the problem is neither from the water heater nor from the installation. I truly appreciated his help, honesty, and after sale services. I gave them two thumbs up and strongly recommend the company to people.

I myself who am a business owner of 13 years mark my experience at 1 star. I was first contacted by a gentlemen named Ali, we booked an onsite visit for a fireplace for my basement renovation. He called me one hour before our meeting and re-scheduled, fine no worries. We booked a new time on a new day, 20 minutes when by the agreed time and I had to call to ask where he was. He then responded by saying he was in another City and would have to come by at nighttime. I stopped at this point as I had lost all confidence. Does not seem to commit, seems to have to much going on.

We had Unique Air install a Napolean GX36 Millivolt fireplace in our home. The install was a little more complicated as the venting had to terminate through the roof. The technicians did a great job installing and keeping the place clean and tidy. At my request, the techs installed a variable speed switch to control the fan beside the mantel and it works great. Highly recommend Ali and his team. Fast, efficient and cost effective work. Thanks guys.

We used Unique Air for an outdoor gas fireplace installation. They also relocated and serviced our indoor fireplace. The guys that came were pleasant, courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable. Ali was great at answering our many questions and responded back to us the same day. We are very pleased with our beautiful new fireplace outside and it works great! Had a great experience with Ali. Our furnace broke down called they were here within an hour with OEM parts to fix the problem at the lowest price in the area. He did not try to upsell us and tell us we need a new furnace like a couple other local providers dis.

Called them late on a Saturday night (9pm) and they were able to come out within the hour. Luckily he had the part and the furnace itself was fixed within another half hour! Very painless, professional and quick service.

I had a new fireplace insert installed in November by this company and experienced thebest service I have ever received from any other company I have ever dealt with.Kudos to Ron, Ali and the installers...you are all amazing.It is now March and we have enjoyed the warmth all winter, but yesterday for some reason the pilot light blew out.....burrrr.....I called the company and within an hour Ron was at my door and rectified the situation.....mmmmm warm again....thank you Ron.I highly recommend this company.
