Yesterday I did Pre-Deliver Inspection with the company of my friend. We are all astonished and impressed with the high quality material and workmanship of the construction. They attend to details and care about each steps of every process. In the interaction with the company, I found the whole team is just like one family. They coordidate very well and are very responsive and professional. Whenever I need any help or documentations, they react it instantly without any delay. They put their clients' interests first and upmost . When I need help with Centennial Construction team, Cassandra helped and arranged a meeting between Domenic and me right in the morning on Monday, which was quickly responsed and arranged, very professional and willing to help. Then I was impressed by Domenic's professional and helpful suggestions and sollutions, he is very nice and cooperative. Centennial is conducting the site work on my 54 suite townhome site and they our doing a great job! The workers on site are knowledgeable, punctual and keep the site clean. The head office, specifically Joe Candeloro, is great to work with and extremely responsive. They provide great value to any size project; they come highly recommended.

One star review because this company is extremely unprofessional and their work leaves much to be desired. My girlfriend and I are moving into a brand new house and have found a multitude of issues from cracks in ceilings and walls, doors not being properly secured, door stops with plates attached to walls but no door stopper attached to the plate, a back deck that just drops into the yard (didn't bother to attach stairs for some reason) and when they scheduled an appointment with me to address the issues (i live 4 hours away and across the US border) they had the nerve to not show up, not answer or return any phone calls from myself or the landlord and today the smoke detectors have been randomly going off all day long!!If you're gonna build something, find real professionals. Alex and his crew are highly unprofessional, shoddy workers (can't in all good conscience call them craftsmen) and will leave you disappointed

Centennial Homes built me and my family a beautiful home in the Blue Mountains. Antony and Joe are a pleasure to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone. High quality builder who is also very honest and accommodating to your needs. One of the best builder in area we do recommend to everyone to buy there dream home with them.
