When an officer chooses to say my shift is almost done rather finishing the job, I think it say's it all.

Horrible customer service, talking down to people and yelling at them for no reason is not cool. Went to manning road OPP and they were awesome.

Got into an accident and the officers are absolutely disrespectful. The officer just went ahead and claimed it was 100% my fault and that there was no need to provide me any information, and that I was not to give a statement. I think this is completely wrong and officers should be asking everyone at the scene for more information. I never saw the report but I can imagine how many lies there are in it. The guy that hit me, was very happy about his new tires that he wanted to get for his truck. Actually told me in front of the officer that “it was okay that all of this happened and he couldn’t wait to make an insurance claim”. The officer never once asked me if I was okay, he was more concerned with the other people meanwhile I was badly shaken up...When I requested this information at the scene the officer threatened me, in front of my parents, and said he would charge me with careless driving and not a failing to yield if I “cause a scene”. The officer told me not to appeal the ticket and said I should just pay it off because I won’t get away with it (You ask any other officers about this and they defend his actions) He really discouraged me to filing an appeal. I tried to appeal the ticket and that was denied. Of course it was after I had paid it! I was upset and paid it off before the 15 days was going to be up, and was reassured by the court that I could appeal it after paying it, but obviously that was a lie. So, now my insurance is very high and I want the records that I am entitled to have. Instead of being nice to me about what I need to do in order to get these papers, I walked in there today and Officer Matthis I believe, didn’t have enough time to explain to me well enough how to obtain the paperwork because I had to leave. So, I thought why not contact the supervisor Sergeant Davies? He should be able to answer my questions and concerns. He should be nice since the first time we talked about this accident he seemed that way. I actually spoke with this person many weeks ago about this incident and he said, “he was going to talk to Officer Gagnier about this situation”. Today, after months of waiting for a response back (which he claimed he didn’t have to call me and I never requested a call back. Obviously it’s a complaint I want a call back) just said everything was justified and then when I requested to speak to Officer Gagnier about this or obtain information he yelled at me and said he had enough of explaining things to me multiple times. I was told that I cannot speak with the officer who was alone and attended the accident because I am trying to discredit his ability and integrity... This is the same Sergeant who also tried to show concern for me because I have been having suicidal ideation and have had some mental health challenges, and not once did anyone contact me back about that either! He told me someone would. He really tries to show he cares about people in the public when he could care less. Instead, I was also told that they were nice to me (that’s not true) and that I have to deal with what happened because everything was right. They will go ahead and deny everything I said because it’s my word against theirs and of course they have to cover their butts. This isn’t the first incident, I also had an officer walk into my home without being invited to serve me a subpoena. His name was Officer Desjardin. Apparently, that was also okay for him to talk to me with attitude, had no idea I was the victim in the case. and “thought I told him to come in”. But, actually I told him to stay on the porch so I can bring the dog in the backyard. I wanted it to be private because my mother was home. She was scared with the way he was acting. That was very unprofessional!Overall, I am not happy with the way everything was not handled and I have lost respect for this police department. They caused me a lot more distress; and I have more than enough on my plate. I know that they are happy. Probably are making fun of me because we all know that’s what officers like to do all day...
