SPA FONTANA

I'm a massage addict but I can't afford to get them all the time, this is why I love this place. The prices for services are cheap but it doesn't feel cheap; the staff and atmosphere are welcoming and calming, I always leave feeling great and I've recommended them to so many people. It's my go-to place when I'm looking to treat myself or friends/family.

Went for reflexology, was aggressively talked into a full body massage at a slight increase. The masseuse was very sweet, but clearly untrained. The massage was very awkward and she actually injured the back of my knee. I excused myself and left. Was intercepted by the manager (the one who pushed me into the massage) who told me to wait a half hour for a professional"

Originally I booked my appointment for the relaxation couples massage. On the website it says it’s 150$ We go there and I told her we had an appointment for the couples massage, she tried to get us to the “deep tissue” I said no we have an appointment, the lady did not speak very good English at all it was very hard to understand her. We finished our massages and she told us it was 30$ more then what I gave her. I gave her 150$ based on what I was told over the phone, the lady was very very rude and would not let me leave without paying her 180$ may not seem like a lot but when you are told a price that is what you expect. I would not recommend this place WHATSOEVER worst customer service EVER.

The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very sweet and kind. They are completely focused on taking care of you and making you feel relaxed and refreshed. They also have some deep tissue massage if you have some very tight areas that need to be relaxed. I find a nice stress release every time I come here. The price is a high but the service is good.

I absolutely love all of the staff at Fontana day spa. Every time I walk in that door, Shirley is there with a huge welcoming smile. She will go above and beyond to assure that your service is top notch. Clean friendly and great massages, foot reflexology. The lash service is amazing too!! I cannot get enough of this place! Highly recommend it. Ask for Shirley, she is amazing!

Last week, I came to get eyelash extensions at fontana-spa. Actually, I’ve done that in many different places, but this place is so far the best. The lashes they have are extremely soft and gorgeous, which also gives me a natural look. Jasmine did a great job. She is very patient and professional. Anyway, I’m ready for my holiday now and I’ll def come back here for another appointment!

Although they are certified massage therapists and not registered massage therapists, the work they did was exceptional!! The day after my massage,I felt better than I had in 20 years. Amazing and highly recommended

Booked a couples massage and they started late and they didn't put us in the same room. When I called they never mentioned that the massage would be in different rooms. The lady said when you call you have to ask for the same room. I would think that is implied when I call to book a couples massage. The massage was alright but an hour massage is only about 40 min.

Love Fontana spa! The front desk staff are always so friendly. They always answer the phone, always an appointment time that works for me. I have gone to so many at home lash artists and spas but nothing compares to Jasmines lash talent!I have been coming here for months to get my lashes done by Jasmine she's absolutely amazing, I recommend her and fontana spa to everyone!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this spa a few weeks ago. I booked in for a massage and facial, and both treatments and therapists were great! Im not so sure the massage therapist was formally trained, but it still felt nice. My only complaint is that the walls are a little thin so you can hear some noise/phone ringing. All the ladies made my visit really great, will be back for sure :)
