I used this company as a recommendation and they showed up to my house quickly! They helped me deal with my insurance claim and repaired all the damages, up to my high quality standards too. I would pass on this recommendation to other folks suffering from flood/water damages :(

Predatory pricing at its finest. We had a leak from plumbing damage that leaked the year after it was installed. We had a plumbing company do the repair ,that was completed in May. The strata then called this outfit to close the ceiling and deal with any water damage. They were on site parts of 2 days , 1 person for around 8hrs total I'm told ,3 weeks after the plumbing was repaired.They charged EMERGENCY call out. We had no water for 3 weeks in one shower. Total almost $5k??

Paid $500 upfront and the person did not come with his own ladder, check the potential damage first hand and his only contribution was vacuuming the floor. I called him for an estimate for the repairs and he didn't even bother showing up and all I got was a 1 liner email with no breakdown of how he came up with the amount. We ended up calling someone else and asked for the rest of our money back since his cost for coming that day was $295 and he still owes me $205.I have emailed him multiple times and he keeps telling me he will send the invoice and reimburse the rest but ends up never sending anything.
