Water seeped into our basement after a rainstorm in June. I then removed all the pee-gravel, built up with recycled concrete, compacted, and sloped away from wall, and repaired downspouts. But there was again a pool of water on the basement floor after the rainstorm in August. I called Mark and he sent Remi the next morning to have a look. He was ready to repair the crack in the wall right then, lowering our stress level. He sealed a long crack and leaking “form tie” holes.Mark promptly helped us and Remi was very conscientious and professional. We highly recommend Concrack for any basement leak concerns.
