Poor customer service.Cashiers and each person working here sound like they are not paid for their job. If you accidentally didn't find anything and ask for help, she will answer, Did you see on the shelves? Did you find it

The store was great for ages! Never a problem , great service from staff, speedy lines at the til, and good products. Never a complaint here.That’s until I showed up one afternoon and was totally Profiled! I was accused of shoplifting in my last visit there from one particular employee there, she’s older usually rude, dark hair and she’s short. I understand people have bad days at work, but I was very offended when she asked me to leave soon as I walked in and made it a point to make a scene! All this because I always shop in my grubby work cloths! But if I were the owner I would be looking into my employees a little harder to see if a person might be costing me business rather than helping me make a living! I’ve told al my Facebook friends this and all my family. They are embarrassed for me, and agitated that a person would be that miserable with her Job she starts Profiling paying customers and gets to decide what people can and can’t shop at this store. And non of my friends will shop at that location again. If I were the owner I would be seriously bothered by this particular employee. She’s costing you money Pal! Your loosing money. I of course left the dollar store as asked that afternoon, but I just hope whoever is the Owner reads this! I’m sure I’m not the fist one who’s experienced this. And if you want to be profiled or discriminated than go ahead definitely shop at this particular location! But I suggest head some where else. :)

Went into the store. Generally had most Dollar Tree products and good selection. However, the staff are pretty rude (maybe due to the area they work in PG) and the store generally feels dirty like other comments. We had overheard a loud argument between a manager and a customer and it was unprofessional having them go at each other for 10 minutes while we shopped.

Like the variety but I didn't appreciate being singled out and loudly hollered at about a backpack policy. Meanwhile two other people in line behind me having backpacks on. Rude in general

The store usually has isles & isles full of boxes. It's getting close to Christmas season, and they only had one so when I was in there. There was a long line up and other staff around but they didn't seem to be helping. They have a lot of selection and are very well priced but it is in a rougher neighborhood so quality of staff differs.

I really like this place, for extras after grocery shopping at Save On. I regularly shopped here until Jan 20 at 9:10 in the morning. I have my own pull cart for shopping. After almost a year, I was rudely told that I was not allowed my cart in the store. I will never be back to this dollar tree. Rude.

This place is dirty and after shopping there with my baby who I put into the cart assuming they where still doing covid cleaning I was told that because we are in stage 3 and most everyone has had the vaccination for covid they no longer have to sanitize the carts! But there still behind plexiglass and wearing masks and have hand sanitizer at the front for customers. I'm appalled and will not shop there again!

There seems to be quite many negative reviews but despite the reviews I had a very pleasant experience. Well, sure, some of the staffs maybe not as friendly as they are too busy with restocking and not seem to be happy, but one of the ladies there was very friendly and she helped me find all the products that I wanted and was very caring which I would never ever experience in Vancouver area. New to the city, this was a good experience.Thank you and happy holidays.
