I needed to rent some crutches for my daughter. They had a pair to rent out. I asked if they could deliver.. They were dropped off immediately. An absolute wonderful business and customer service.Thank you Stuart!

Wendy was immediately on task to address the needs of my elderly sister upon being released from hospital. We got a walker on loan until she was well enough to choose an appropriate model for her. When we arrived on site, the therapist was there to suggest a model fitted to her needs and to show how to best use the walker. The whole process was seamless and productive. Many thanks! Roger

We are extremely happy with our new platform lift provided by Silver Cross. Our rep was very knowledgeable and helped us identify the right solution for the space we had. They recommended a contractor who rebuilt our stairs and a new platform for the lift that is very solid and the lift installer was great! Overall we've had a wonderful experience with Silver Cross.

Best customer service experience from a 'mobility' supplier we have experienced! We had a 'Bruno Curb-Sider' lift and an 'Adapt Solutions Asento Seat' purchased and installed into our new van by Silver Cross. They communicated with us regularly from the time they ordered the parts until they arrived, and then picked up or van and quickly completed the installations, providing us with clear demonstrations of the function of these two devices upon completion. Later, when we had some minor issues related to manufacturers' defects, they responded and rapidly completed the necessary repairs.Silver Cross staff are always polite, knowledgeable and friendly, and Teresa and her team provide high-quality customer service to all customers. Highly recommended!

We love our newly adapted vehicle! The conversion to make it wheelchair accessible makes our lives so much easier! Our salesperson, Teresa, was amazing and great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond guiding us through the entire process from beginning to end. Any questions we had were always answered in a professional and timely fashion. The delivery was smooth and we couldn't be happier with the result. She was excellent at teaching me all the functions, and had me do everything to be sure I knew how.With our newly adapted van, we now can take our son to his many appointments effortlessly. If it was possible to give this company zero stars I would.The products and support are absolutely horrible, no after hours or weekend support. Chairlift has been replaced twice in less than a year. In the past month the chairlift had stopped working they came and replaced the chairlift, which only resulted in working for 5 hours. My grandfather has been stuck upstairs for 2 weeks, we have had to call the fire department to come and get him off of the chairlift when it was stuck in the middle of the stairs.I highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost, it is a waste of time, money and will put your loved ones at risk with their faulty products!

We decided to buy our stairlift from Silver Cross because of the kind professionalism and helpfulness of their staff. After comparing 4 different companies, they offered the best device for the best deal and we were never disappointed with the timeliness and service provided for the install and support provided primarily by Shawna Croteau. I've been working with Wendy @ SilverCross Ottawa for equipment needed for my handicap Uncle once moved into his new wheel chair accessible home. She has been a WEALTH of information, patient and understanding.I live at the opposite end of the City from SilverCross in Ottawa but wouldn't even think about going anywhere else after receiving this kind of service.It's people like Wendy that keep my faith in humanity and customer service.Thank you Wendy!
