disappointed in this starbucks. visited on dec 28 at 9:30pm, when at the time there was no rush in store. the girl on cash was rude and dismissive as i ordered, drinks were not called out and/ or made wrong (CAS with no caramel). as well as cleaning products sitting next to the espresso machine and unfinished drinks. do better.

Great, local community spot - inside is well appointed - I've visited quite a few times and it never seems overwhelmed inside - though the layout is not conducive to the typical downtown kind of set yourself up and work here all day sorta starbucks.has a fairy popular drive through as well

Always friendly, fresh, and accommodating staff. I ordered 2 drinks from the Dufferin and Major Mack location....HORRIBLE service. Came to our usual location and without fail made our drinks properly and when apologetic for another location and staffs behavior. This location is always clean, friendly, and ready to serve their customers. Kaye, Kim, and a few other staff I'd have to see to get their names are always soo warm. However, they all are.

Convenient location just outside Canada’s Wonderland. The service was friendly and got my order correct. The layout is very open with nice hanging lamps. It has one large communal table in the center of the room and 4 small bistro-style tables on the outside by the windows. The bathrooms were clean as well. A very pleasant visit.

The drive through is great for those who are really in a hurry. Dine in area is spacious and tables are well separated. Note to parents with babies, there is a change table in one of the restrooms. Also, many seats have outlets, which is perfect for a bottle warmer.
