My business has been using Digital for the past 5 years and we can honestly not give enough stars! From the quotes, to the pre-print, to shipping, it is always first class service. They offer such a large variety of materials for our labelling we have not had to source it out elsewhere. We have had custom dies made with Digital, but they have an extensive selection of in-house at your disposal as well which is fantastic!Always willing to offer suggestions for our labeling ideas in a variety of price points is very helpful as well. If you are a business looking to take your product branding to the next level, this is where you need to be! Good design only takes your product so far, high quality printed labeling is just as important.

Worst service ever! They made a mistake with the shipping address. I requested a refund just for the shipping cost. They ignore my emails and refuse to issue the refund even though they admitted it was their fault. Very disappointed.

I am very happy to share my experience with Digital Labels Inc. I have been purchasing labels from Digital Labels for the last 10 years and I am very happy with the quality of service, turn around time, how cost effective for me not to mention the high quality labels. Not all the time I have large runs and they still accommodate me. We have been ordering all of our labels fromdigital labels for several years and have been nothing but extremely happy with their service and quality. The whole team is amazing to work with and we will continue to order from them for all of our needs!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I will be taking over my fathers’ company and importing honey from Jamaica to Canada. We had someone design the label for us and we needed it printed. I had called and made an appointment. The person we were meeting with was late to our meeting and the reception had to call to see if he knew he had a meeting. I felt like we were not taken seriously, I wanted to start off with prototypes so I can show my father in case he wanted to change anything on the label. We have two different containers one is a jar for the Canadian market and one for the Jamaican market.They said that the jars I have will be too difficult to work will, however my fathers’ bottles will be fine to work with. He said he will contact us with 72 hours with a quote. We were running on a deadline and we had to call him after 4 days, then he begins to tell us that it will be too expensive for what we want to do and is trying to save us money, then recommend another company online. I can not begin to tell you how mad I was. First if you did not want to work with us tell us and don’t wait 4 days. Second don’t assume that you will be saving us money. We have a few other businesses and know that things will have hard cost.I had another company lined up who where willing to work with us and they also took us seriously. We where able to meet our deadline with this other company. When I showed my father the printed label on the jars and bottles, he loved it. At the same time our apiary has tripled in size and we will need a lot of label printed per month.
