If you're looking for the right person to help you out and genuinely benefit you by recommending you the best options and coverage, you should ask for Rita Vince. My entire network has been her client for years, and the only complaint we've ever had is the difficulty to reach her. But it's only fair because of how busy it must be.

Do not use RBC. My mother just had an accident in late July 2019. She is a good driver with a clean record. They immediately raised her premiums to recoup the $2000 they paid for damages. This is how they operate. Pay into it your entire life but the minute you need it, they raise your rates. I should also mention she just got her car back, 26 days after the accident.

Disaster of a Branch. Seems like its everyone's first day on the job and it took me over 2 months to get my auto insurance finalized. Lack of communication throughout the whole process. I finally gave up and went somewhere else and they insured me over the phone in 24min. I was later approached by different RBC Branch and they were much more knowledgeable and easier to work with.

Very very bad customer service .Rita didn’t even care that I was waiting outside for my appointment she was chatting and laughing with a client and made me wait .This is the second time I get a bad customer service in this branch . Very disappointed of RBC employees what a shame .

I can't recommend the service I received from this store highly enough. I was in a time crunch to try and arrange insurance for my son and Sonia was amazing. She worked with me to get information and was on standby to send me the policy number whilst I was at Service Ontario. Sonia was professional and very responsive.
