Bryson and Dave were very professional, took care about the environment (protected inside with drop sheets and carpet care), before proceeding with the ac set up. Altered the overall structure of the unit for better operation and performance. (Leveled ground, made a base unit for the ac to sit ontop). Very kind, friendly and responsible. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish! Friendly technician came out to the house and told us the bad news....our furnace had heated its last winter. They sent out a sales representative(named Zach we think?) who walked us through all our choices and we decided to replace furnace, heat pump and hot water heater since ours were all ancient! Everyone we talked with were very friendly and knowledgeable. It only took 2 days to install it all! Dave, Lucas, Al, Dave & Bryson were great, speedy, polite and got the job done. Overall a great experience!

We used RB heating to replace our 17 year old propane fireplace. It was a pleasant and stress free experience starting with Zack with his diagnostics, the to Eric the climate care specialist to help us choose a replacement fireplace.Albert and Lucas arrived early and eager to get on with the job. Thought we had found a great company to help maintain our HVAC and water heater. Met them during a furnace failure and they were excellent. Then several years later during water heater replacement specifically asked technicians not to drain the old tank into our basement drain which they disregarded. 2022 tried to have maintenance done on our furnace, which they had suggested after annual inspection. We asked for the work in September, approved the quote over the phone in October and were told to wait for parts. Have been waiting October through January with no updates. Called in January asking for updates and was told it was our fault. Given quote for only half of the suggested work. What a mess. Changed companies and ended maintenance plan with RB. Very disappointed.

Chris from RB Heating did our yearly maintenance and checkup on our furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and HRV. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, explained all that he did and was doing and cleaned up after he was finished his work. He also gave clear and concise answers to our questions. We are very fortunate to have had Chris come and do our maintenance and also so pleased that we deal with R B Heating. We highly recommend both. Definitely 5 stars +++++++

These great folks tend to the maintenance of our Geothermal heating and cooling system. With our unit being just 3 years old, we depend on RB Heating Climatecare’s expertise to keep it running in tip top shape for years to come. We are extremely happy with the professionalism and knowledge they provide.

We called R & B as our gas fireplace was only working intermittently. A $500 part was ordered to repair the issue and when the technician came to do the repair, it was clear this was not the problem. The problem was with the electrical switch which was not functioning properly! The technician replaced the switch and the fireplace works perfectly. Great service that saved us a fair bit of money. Highly recommended.

The service was quick and reliable. Called and had same day consult, with service completed within the week. Penny at the front desk was fantastic to work with, and is so thoughtful to clients during and post service. Will be calling in future if there are any issues.
