EuroSport Tuning was recommended to me by a member of Audi Club Eastern Canada. I went in an had a great conversation with Frank about some future modifications to my Audi RS3. I purchased an OBDeleven and Frank was able to give me some great tips on its use. I am planning on lowering springs this spring and look forward to more goodies from EuroSport to personalize my car.

Nightmare from A to Z.Customer service is by far one of the worst I've ever seen in my life.I strongly suggest you buy your parts somewhere else.Micheal and Frank are two absolute incompetent. I have seriously no clue how they are able to keep their job.Avoid this store for your life.

I ordered a boost gauge that had a 3mo ETA.They sent it out with an incomplete address. Then had to resend it.Then Fedex dropped it off at the wrong house and essentially lost it.Which left me with nothing and no one being held accountable.I got an apology from Fedex and a “we sent it to the correct addess” or “our team is looking into it” response from them.Don’t purchase products from a company that doesn’t take care of their customers.

I'm never ordering from them again been five business days and product still hasn't been sent out and they just keep telling me today or tomorrow and they double charged be for one product,the extra charge if coming off but why is it so hard to send out my part instead it's still in procceing and today there website said open but phone was off the hook all day

Worst experience ever. They’re quick to take your money but not give any real information about your order.I was told 1-3 business days for my part to be shipped to my house. After calling for 2 days to get my shipping details, I was told their “third party hasn’t processed it yet.” What third party? No one said anything about a third party. Then the rep said it would take another week to process, then another week to ship to my address, from British Columbia.Even after all of this run around, no one apologized. No one took accountability of staff not being trained properly, giving complete bogus information, or miscommunication on their behalf. The manager doesn’t respond to emails. You’re put on hold for 45 minutes for someone pick up and hang up. I had to call 3 times for a refund to be processed. Easy to take payment over the phone but not refund while I’m on the line.Don’t waste your time or money. You’ll end up with a headache and chasing for answers.
