Neeley's Van & Storage

Terrible....not only did they get the date i had to move,mixed up, Very i had to rent a hotel for two days, due to their mix up. To movd from barrydown to lasalle, costed me over 3,000 dollars. They never put beds together or help unpack anything. I had to pay upfront before they would bring in my furniture, that was 1,500 , then the second truck arrives, same thing. Another 1,500. Unreal....and woudnt reimburseme for the two days i had to rent a hotel cause THEIR MIX UP. IF i had money, i would have sued them

Received a call the day before delivery and was delivered at promised time2 employees who delivered and installed the washer and dryer were professional and efficient

Company refused to deliver my fridge as contracted by Biancos unless I signed and agreed they would not be responsible for damage. I refused to sign. They refused to deliver it.

Moved from Sudbury to another city.Little did I know, my entire truck load was transfered 3 times between trucks en route to my new destination. As I was told by the laborers. Several fragile items were broken after unpacking. My new 52 inch flat-screen, cracked and no longer functioned. I reported this to Neeley's. They said they replace broken items by weight. They sent a cheque for $68 to replace my $1500T.V.

Had to move from one town to another. They estimated it would be a five hour job. Showed up on time, loaded everything into their truck with care and moved it to my new apartment. Unloaded everything with care and finished up so that they could return to their dock at exactly the 5 hour mark. Very polite, very careful movers. I highly recommend them.

They delivered a washing machine from home Depot to my house and the older gentleman got irate when I mentioned that they were supposed to level the washing machine, as stated in the actual pamphlet from home Depot. (I guess home Depot contracts this company for their appliance deliveries).Went to home Depot in case it was a typo and/or I was mistaken, and sure enough they were very adamant that this company was instructed to level the washing machine.Not a big job whatsoever, but if I'm paying a delivery fee, I expect to get all service(s) that I paid for.

Neeley's delivered a stove from home depot and it arrived damaged, the box /packaging did not show any problems. Neeley's went above and beyond on our behalf. They contacted Home depot for us and got the ball rolling for a replacement. within the hour (evening delivery) we were contacted by Home and their replacement people the next day. Neeley had already provided them all with the info and pictures and they were just calling to confirm that all was in place and a replacement was on it's way. I have never had this kind of service from a mover before. It was great and very professional. Thanks again Chris from Neeley's for the amazing service. Andre

Stressful move, things went wrong (on our side), but the moving guys were super patient, friendly and rolled with the issues. I used them for a small commercial move but will call them for my personal house move. They guys I worked with today were just the best. :)

These are very efficient, true to their word, clean* and friendly working people!!We had an appliance delivery by Neeley's and we cannot say enough about them.*They unpacked the item and took away the packaging leaving no mess behind!!They phoned once they received our delivery request, and once the item was in their warehouse. Called the day before with delivery window (within 1 day of receipt of our purchase), called in the morning to verify delivery window and then again when within 10 minutes from our home.Fast, friendly and polite. They did not miss a trick!!Kudos to you Neeley's van and storage!!!

My move with Neeley,s was excellent. Starting with the front line staff, Chris, who came to my home to give me an estimate for moving my possession to another city. Plus his follow-up with dates & times for the move and arrival to the destination. Stew & Ryan who packed up my items with diligence & care. Down to the placement of my possessions into a storage unit. No items were damaged due to the care givin when packing the van.Thank you so much Darren & all your staff for a job well done.Sue
