I have been dealing with this company for a couple of years for various motorsport vehicles and everyear its always a painJust trying to renew.Terrible customer service when you ask for clarification about policy changes you may want to make to lower the costs without compromising asset value or safety.If your looking for fastfood insurance and dont care about quality of service, they are the goto, but just imagine the service you might get if you have a claim!'If you dont look after your customers, someone else will.'"

Super knowledgeable (with a crazy good memory), friendly, prompt and made me feel at ease even during some hiccups along the way. This is the only place in town that will notorize unregistered off road vehicles without a bill of sale. Other places you have to go to the courthouse to get a judge to stamp your paper. Capri was super helpful and I had a very good experience dealing with them. They were very informative when I spoke to them on the phone to ask them questions. When I came in person to do the transactions and register and purchase insurance for my dirt bike, they were very quick, efficient and didn't even complain that I walked in close to closing and had to make them stay late.

Horrible business practices if you like to argue give them a call. Renewing policies without consent and then telling you if you’d like to cancel there’s going to be a charge for that, please save yourself the trouble and never deal with capri. Policies going up by 1/3 every year.

A negative rating would have been better, but they do not offer that option. Lorraine Turcotte from the Summit location is the issue. She tries to smooth thing over with a $5 coffee card when it costs the client a lot more than $5. She would mess up my file so bad I finally got fed up and left and went somewhere else. Even then she still bullies and threaten s to get the job done and make her way around. I really do not know just how she keeps her job, that is a total mystery. All she did was cost me a lot of money and gave nothing but BS in return
