Excellent ERP software. Userfriendly and complete for our needs!

We implemented Genius in the past year. The Genius team has been really wonderful to get the software running. The software itself is good and has improved our manufacturing control. We are looking forward to the next year of becoming better with the software. I give a 4 star review because there are still things that need to be improved in the software.

Great support team and a powerful ERP for any custom manufacturer.

We have been using Genius ERP now for over 1.5 years and are very happy with our choice. We do custom manufacturing of electro-mechanical equipment. The flexibility in the BOM creation and engineering versions makes upfront material planning of long lead items ideal. We can start to procure parts well ahead of the final design release. The integrated accounting module passes the audit test with our global finance team and has shown how easy it is to recognize revenue at milestones throughout complex builds.Why 4 of 5 stars? We are still learning all there is to offer in Genius.

It is an strong ERP tool. It is capable of synchronizing all the departments, from accounting to customer service. Even the smallest elements of the supply chain is featured by useful tools.Moreover, it has a high capacity of customization. I am amazed by the flexibility in creating the forms and hard-copies.

Genius ERP offers great customer support. We have used there online learning center to better our usage of the software.

Genius provides a software for manufacturers that is very thorough and customizable. It can be confusing to navigate around in at first but once you use it a little bit it starts coming together. The biggest plus for us is the ability to customize it for our specific needs.

I love the canteens! we have been able to get Realtime support from the team as well as other customers of Genius. We all share our best practices. The webinars are wonderful as well. We are getting ready to transition to V15 and our whole team has been excited about this.
