My wife paid a visit to this office and returned very upset: the Russian-speaking receptionist was rude to her. I am hoping that superiors can explain this person that here in Canada one should not act based on the old Soviet Union standards (and even there the attitude shown would have been totally unacceptable). After all, we are paying taxes, and those who work at Unison Health and Community Services are paid out of our pocket.

They have wonderful customer service. The girl on the phone was amazingly understanding about my mom's situation. She gave us an appointment for her dentist. They had a cancelation and offered help for my mom. I think we need to consider them as role model for being responsive, caring, and polite.I wish them all the best.

The place is amazing. I only had a concern about the lady who was assisting us, Dental Department, she was not very friendly. I guess she had a bad day.
