The kiosk was quite busy with only one customer service rep. She was friendly and efficient in setting us up with a new phone!

Staff were working very hard and were very knowledgeable. The girl helping me was incredibly friendly and funny. Only had to deduct one star just because I found out when I got home that I can’t switch the SIM card from the iPhone 8 to 13 as they don’t fit the same. Other than the minor oversight, the service was excellent!

Costco/Bell sold my husband an $85/ month shareable plan in July of this year. I went to upgrade today and was told there were no longer shareable plans and I would have to pay my own full plan. So my husband is locked into a plan for 24 months and 4 months in it is already unusable.I was also advised he had a $10 credit on his plan because I was sharing and that would go away if I wasn’t sharing anymore making his plan $95/month for way more data than he will ever need.I left and went in the Bell app only to see there are SharePlay options. Also spoke with a friend who got her family phones at Visions on Sunday with Bell and they also got a share plan and a $300 credit (same offer as Costco).Costco used to be the place to go but I will be going to Visions tomorrow.Selling a plan that is not usable and will increase by $10 after 4 months is some sort of scam.

The sales staff here are very hardworking, kind, and honest. I had a difficult situation with switching networks but they handled everything with literally no effort from me. I got a great Black Friday deal with equally great customer service. :) Thanks!

I was very disappointed with the seller. They weren’t being honest. I came here on November 23. I know exactly what plan I want , when I asked them about it, they give me a price that was wayyyy more expensive than what I saw only. In short, I just want them to be honest next time and help us customers to get what we looking for.

My husband and I have had two incredibly positive experiences dealing with Wireless Etc. The first was in January 2021 with Emily and the second time was in August 2022 with Salim. We were impressed with their knowledge, patience and friendly service. The excellent customer service these folks provided will keep us coming back!

Super friendly and answered all the questions I had. By far cheaper and better bonus. Didn’t transfer my SIM card though, I totally forgot as usual SaskTel stores do it for you

Got good deal for home broadband and support for mobile as well. Very helpful and friendly staff.
