Awesome service!Got a haircut from Ricky: good servicej, very friendly, and loved my hair. It was my first time at the salon and I wasn’t sure what I wanted; Ricky took the time to understand my tastes and improvised based on them, which is what I wanted. He got the look spot.Would definitely recommend! 10/10

The best salon in the region. They are professionals who know what they do and are able to give you advice based on what you want and what would fit best with your face shape. I love the service, I’m always well welcome and always more than satisfied with my hair style and color. When I leave the salon I feel fabulous and beautiful!

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service of Victor Victor. I went to this place for the first time at may 7,with high expectations, after all the quarentine period, to do a ballayage on my hair. I was expecting to really have my blond colour back, but this didn't happen at all.Actually I left the salon explaining to the hairdresser that the result it was not what I was expecting and that I was not happy.She told me to go home and wait 2 weeks to see if I would change my mind, and if not, that I should call back and schedule other appointment to get things fixed.Well, I didn't changed my mind and things unfortunately only get worse. The colour is absolutely different than what I requested, and I use to be blond for many years...So, I did call, ask to talk with her, but the receptionist told me that she would take care of me". I left a message. The receptionist was really impolite and I never heard back from anyone. I'm really shocked to see how come this could even happened... I felt really sad and disappointed with such a bad experience. This never happened with me at any other place where I coloured my hair.Today is july 8 and I'm still absolutely unsatisfied and never received any call."

I had an appointment with Eleanor and she was wonderful. She gave me recommendations based on my hair which I really appreciated. She also gave me some options for colouring my hair which was definitely welcomed. For the first time in my life, I booked my next appointment before leaving. I usually go to a salon in ottawa that charges $110 + tax + tip for a haircut and I had a better experience and just as good of a cut from Eleanor.

Best hair salon in Gatineau. The prices are reasonable and they have great hair stylists. I get my hair done by John and he is highly trained and really knows his stuff. He is passionate and you can really see that your hair, for him, is like a work of art.Great service, big comfy chairs, popcorn, and the BEST latte! They also sell great hair products - I splurged on a hairspray that works wonders.Highly recommended!

Got a haircut and asked for long layers, don’t touch the length (I have pretty long hair). I got 3 inches cut off from the length with very very short layers and - I left the salon with a mullet. I walked to my car in tears.

Cost me over 350$ for hair coloring and styling. I wouldn't mind if I would have gotten that wow result! My hair was orange (instead of ash)and had scissor marks! When I called back to say I wasn't happy, the person already knew why and what was wrong. She let me leave knowing the work she had performed was bad and was expecting my call back!
