Ken Feakins Personal Training
Ken is fantastic! My 12 year old has been working 1 on 1 with him for almost 3 months after he worked with her softball team for winter training. Her role on the team changed this year and she wanted to keep up with the training in order to develop more strength overall. She has loved EVERY session and Ken is so encouraging and supportive each and every time. He researched her sport and designed her workouts around specific movements within that sport and her position. He goes above and beyond and we are so thrilled at what he has done for her and she looks forward to every session even though they are tough! We see changes in her strength and abilities but it's also my daughters confidence that has also improved!! Great job Ken!!

Ken is an absolute amazing personal trainer that focuses on well being and really focuses on how you can get stronger as an individual no matter what stage you are in. What I appreciate most about ken is his patience, his continuous support on making sure each exercise he teaches is deliberate and he's all about small steps leading to big progress. We have been going to him for over 5 months now as a couple and we've never felt this strong and healthy in our life. He's also just a genuine caring human being with a fun sense of humour that makes those sometimes tough workout sessions fun. Highly recommend you check him out for your personal training needs in guelph!

I started working with Ken for sports training almost 2 years ago, and i've been able to see great results in all aspects, including noticeably better performance. He's easy to communicate with, knows what he's doing, and keeps the training interesting and challenging every time. Would 100% recommend for anybody who's interested.

I have worked with Ken for almost two years. Ken is extremely knowledgable and has the capability to change exercises and adapt to an individuals needs and ability. We are now working together through video conferencing (I-Messaging) so I have the flexility to work out in my own home, creating new positive habits. Ken has also worked with both of my kids over the past two years, age 19 and 21. They adore him and he has taught them to continue to love exercise. He promotes an over all healthier life style causing my family to love exercise.

I started training with Ken Feakins in Sept of 2021. Since then I've lost almost 15 lbs, built more muscle mass and developed increased strength and flexibility that allow me to tackle the everyday tasks of my job and life with vitality and confidence.My reason for wanting to reach out to a trainer at the beginning was that, even though I had experience with strength training and fitness in the past, I wanted someone to critique and teach me how to improve my lifting technique and help me to focus on balancing my strength and flexibility. Ken did that for me and more, providing invaluable guidance through a comprehensive program that aimed at total health improvement.I would highly recommend training with Ken to anyone who wants to improve not only their health and fitness outcomes but also their overall quality of life.Thank you, Ken!

With the help of Ken's customized and targeted training I have successfully tackled nagging issues with muscle aches and recurring joint pain. I feel stronger and more agile than I have in years. Most importantly I can now swing a golf club without winching in pain (improved scores are sure to follow!).

Having Ken as our personal trainer has been great. The workouts are well thought out, planned to fit our goals and challenging. Every workout has something new so they are never boring. He even gears the music play list to suit our taste.Ken is full of knowledge about how the body works and explains the importance of each of the exercises and stretches he has you do. He's serious about building strength and endurance in his clients but does it all with a welcoming smile and great sense of humour.We would 100% recommend Ken as a personal trainer.
