This may be my first one star review… but here’s why. This place was recommended by a designer. It was not close so of coarse I tried to call. Left 2 voicemails for a salesperson to call back. Crickets for the week. On their website the hours are clearly marked. So decided to make the trip. Got there and there was one employee who would not let us in. He said the store was closed. The hours are clearly marked on the outside as well. I was pretty upset. So if you are looking for a FIREPLACE OR HVAC IN TORONTO… MOVE ON. Found no an incredibly helpful place that was more than welcoming for our massive renovation.

Went into the showroom looking to update a fireplace. The showroom was empty with 3 sales people present. We were not greeted by anyone or offered help. I asked a gentleman to turn on a fireplace to see the flame. He did and walked away. We were in the showroom for half an hour with no offers of assistance. We walked out to take our business elsewhere. I will never enter this showroom again and would never recommend this showroom to anyone.

Very terrible experience. The sales person flat out lied about rebates. Once the unit was installed you could not get in touch with the sales person who sold the unit. The furnace was installed incorrectly (not to code) with very poor workmanship.
