I would highly recommend Lanark Leeds and Grenville Spay Neuter Clinic.I was nervous about the procedure and wanted to know my kitten (Winnie) was in good hands. I made a last minute change to opt for the onesie over the cone and I'm really happy I did, although I'm sure Winnie would have hated them both equally. A word of caution to the owners of any squirmy kitties out there: make sure the neck tie is tight enough and that the Velcro strip on the back is fastened firmly! My little Houdini got out of her onesie within just a few hours after getting home. I had to use safety pins for the duration of her recovery to make sure she didn't get out again. Although she did chew it to shreds.Also, a little anecdote for any anxious pet owners (like myself): the onesie seemed to change her behaviour a little. When she was wearing it she was slow moving, lethargic and seemed generally uncomfortable. We allowed her a couple of (closely monitored) onesie breaks during her recovery and she seemed to go right back to her normal self when she was free of it.Whenever I had questions about her healing process I reached out to the staff at the clinic and they were fast and thorough to respond.Great service. Brought my Johnsons American Bulldog (90lbs) in to get spayed. The process was clearly explained. Drove up a bit past 7am. They gave me a tag with pick up time of 1:30 and brought her in. She was all set to go at 1:30. They assisted me in putting her in my car. They gave her a cute body suit to wear. Explained everything in detail on how to care for her. The care she received was fantastic and the pricing was half of what I was quoted in Ottawa. They include everything in the price (cone or body suit, medication, and over night stay if needed). I genuinely appreciate all the staff and care my big girl received from the kind staff. She has recovered very well so far!

This clinic came highly recommended by rescue organization and a few vets n vet techs.The price is very affordable. My pup was approx 16lbs and she was $325 plus tax.Pickup and drop off is a breeze, but you could end up waiting in line a while. All instructions were clear and they took the time to contact me prior to her spay as my pup has pre-existing health conditions.Just please do your pet a favour and don’t drive away until they are inside the clinic. I saw a dog freaking out and refusing to go with the staff after his owners drove away.

They were wonderful. The booking process was very easy. 24 hrs after booking, I received an email with an appointment 2 weeks out. They were professional and kind. Most importantly, my kitties are healing beautifully!

Thanks for offering much more reasonable prices then anywhere else I reached out to in Kingston. I also appreciated that I could get a little outfit for my kitty instead of the cone.

We just took our dog to be spayed here last week. I worked as an RVT for 11 years and must say, I was super impressed with the staff and Freyas surgical incision, she is healing super well, it was definitely worth the trip ( 2hrs and a bit) to have her spayed here. Amazing team!!!
