Pretty easy and an effective free way to sell. Of course there are paid options and even these are pretty reasonable when compared to every other site. I've paid $1.00 to bump the ad back to the top, which by the way was worth it cause that is how I've sold things fast. I have no complaints at all, loads of exposure for minimal to no cost.
