One of my favourite spots to escape and relax! I’ve been to general public visits as well as guided classes and both experiences were amazing for different reasons. The open public hours are great if you have a few hours to turn off the phone and enjoy at your own pace. The guided classes are great if you are newer to contrast therapy or want to focus on improving your cold plunge capabilities! They also do private bookings if you are looking for a fun out of the box health and wellness experience for your staff or team!

Absolutely love it here! Especially the steam room. Tried the cold water bucket drop - shocking! Next time we will try the cold tub. Was nice to relax with a super cold beer upstairs afterwards.

Wow, what a great space to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate locally. Would return! Loved the steam room, multiple saunas, and rejuvenating cold-buckets water option! it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend. Will come back. My only feedback is the music was not to my taste. It was like techno elevator music. Would prefer more traditional spa music. And a reminder sign inside the spa to use your quiet spa voice would be helpful. Sometimes groups of people get talking too loud in the spa or cafeteria which overlooks the spa. Still giving it 5 stars.

Must visit when in area. Best sauna experience in region. Very friendly and knowledgeable stuff. Cozy and clean place. Family friendly. 4 different types of sauna for any taste. Cold water barrel feels amazing after sauna. Make sure to stop by to experience real sauna. You'll sleep like a baby after. I'll see you guys next time I'm in area. Cheers

Awesome spot! The staff are very friendly and the facilities are solid. It is best to try and go during “off times” as it can get busy. I wish they would put in place a rule or enforce a reduction of loud chatter as others may be trying to relax and enjoy the quiet in saunas and common areas. Great overall experience and I plan on going again.

Really enjoyed the experience. Staff was friendly. Change room and Bathroom very clean. Nice selection of herbal teas to choose from. Only drawback is it can be really loud with people talking. They don't whisper so as to not disturb others and everything echos! I didn't see any signs posted about respecting the space and being quite so I didn't take off a star, but it's something to be aware of if you are wanting a more quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Had a very relaxing couple of hours here. The spa is set up really nicely, with 4 saunas to cycle through as well as a few options for cold therapy. I went during a long weekend and it wasn't busy at all which was nice. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience! Highly recommend everyone try contrast therapy. The guided session with Nate made the transition of hot and cold manageable; he also is excellent at guided meditation. Great group of people for the class, so you don’t feel self conscious. We felt energized all day!

Amazing hidden gem. I have been looking for a place like this in KW for a while. We spent 3 hours here and feel we got our moneys worth. We left feeling amazing and rejuvenated. Amazing atmosphere, and quality of saunas/cold plunges. We were happy with the cleanliness. Ideally you want to go at a ‘non peak’ time for less people. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the lockers.. perhaps a sensor instead of physical lock.. and upgrade the cafeteria. Friendly staff and happy to support a local business. We can’t wait to go back, and will be purchasing a pass
