It's OK, if you need coils, juice, necessities for your vaping rig. Just don't expect a very large selection of flavors, it seems this location REALLY favors nic salts over others. The downtown location (Edmonton St south of Broadway), always seems to have lots of alternative flavors - why can't this place? It IS the same franchise. Oh!, and ....Bring back Demon Vape flavors!! =)

Ordinarily I love this shop, always had a phenomenal experience. Today I left very frustrated. I bought a disposable vape (vice) and it's been auto firing since day 1, nothing too bad at first but now it's every hit. Was informed they have a 24 hour window for exchange but not until after that window was closed. Overall I will be back but I'm very disappointed, the taxes already make vaping expensive and now I wasted money on a vape that fires itself and burns all the juice and coil. Do NOT purchase a Vice disposable

I visited this location and I Met MarkWell let me tell you what customer service.This location were out of Crown III coilsMark goes above and beyond he calls the other locations and finds me four packs of coils and he will pick them up and bring them to this location as I am walkingWhat service.Congrats to the Owner for hiring such amazing talent.You can’t teach That kind of customer service!!!!Way to go Mark your customer service skills are amazing.Thanks

These guys are absolutely great. I came in to get my father to quit smoking and they were extremely patient and courteous to his needs as he's a picky person.He went from more than a pack a day, right down to 6 NIC and loving the flavors they suggested. (Tobacco & fruit)

Horrible service. Today I bought a vape there, which one was without a battery(nothing wrong - just a basic kit), and the employee hasn't warned me about that. When I came back to the store, it was no batteries for that vape in stock. The refund request was refused(it's okay according to the law). Horrible customer service.
