I have had mixed experiences with Canadian linen. However in the last year they have made a love in the right direction and seem more willing to help and make things happen. Communication with the drivers has improved and so has holiday preparation and service in general.Keep up the good work.

Billing from this company is absolutely atrocious. Over the past 3 years we have had endlesse issues.From the beginning, the product never came in a timely fashion when it was ordered we didn't recieve until about 2-3 weeks later, yet we were billed for those first few weeks as if we did. Then they continually added charges.. a great surcharge on every invoice of a US exchange fee" they will only take off this extra fee once the Canadian dollar is at 90 cents for a minimum of 2 months.When we had issues with product that had to be replaced

Have worked with Canadian Linen (Bill specifically as our rep) and have been very happy with the service we receive (in terms of product) and the prompt customer service follow up when needed. If there is ever any discrepancy/issue at hand, Bill and his team are all over it. For linen and uniform needs, I greatly appreciate the team over there and their customer service is next to none.

Hi Canadian Linen, Please ask your drivers to stop blocking the bike lanes around greater Victoria.This creates a dangerous situation for people riding bikes, my wife was nearly hit while trying to get past your truck, that your driver had left in a bike and on Cloverdale ave.do better!
