Upon arrival at our cottage, we discovered burst pipes. It was after hours so we left a voicemail message and were pleasantly surprised to hear back from Ernie almost immediately. He fit us into his schedule the following day and efficiently dealt with the problem. Thanks to Ernie we were able to enjoy a wonderful family weekend at the cottage. Ernie came over right away when I called him because my hot water tank broke. He gave me a competitive price on the tank and by the time we ended the conversation I asked him to completely remove all of my cottage plumbing and replace the shower taps. He seemed very interested and honest. I gave him access to the cottage and asked him to send me a detailed estimate. I had to return home. The next day I got the estimate and it was pretty much what he thought it would be. I gave him the green light and by the time I returned 3 weeks later the work was all done. I only wish I had met Ernie earlier because the 30 year old cottage is better than new and up to code. Don’t hesitate to call Ernie You can’t beat the quality and value and you will be dealing with a likeable and honest guy. He guaranteed I would be happy and I am!

Ernie did a great job for us - we now have hot running water again!He arrived on time, with all the parts needed and was finished in a couple of hours and it wasn't a particularly easy job either - out on the lake in a tin boat. Even got our sump pump working again.Two thumbs up!
