Amir was amazing and went through every detail to make sure I was aware of everything and anything. He was very thorough and friendly as well. He also made sure that I understood maintenance requirements for the furnace and hot water heater as well as showing me details such as water shut-off valve and where/how to change the filter in the furnace. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first time buyers!

Amir Shahin was my inspector and he was fantastic. As a first time home buyer it was great that he took the time to show my wife and I everything about the home. Amir had extensive knowledge about home maintenance tips and provided us with useful information on small repairs we could perform around the house we were looking to purchase. He tested all of the appliances for us as well. Very professional and respectful to the house he was inspecting. I would highly encourage anyone looking for an inspector to start with this company.

Amir was fantastic very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We were able to call Amir on Saturday and was able to complete the inspection asap for us on a Monday. I would highly recommend Amir and Canadian Residential Inspection Services. Amir was also asking us open ended questions and encouraged us to do the same. Which was really great to learn more about this house and owning a house in general! 5/5 well done

Canadian Residential did a great job on my home inspection. This was my first time buying a house and they did an excellent job checking everything in the property and making sure that everything was up to code and working. I would recommend them to anyone looking at getting a home inspection done.

Amir was super detailed in his home inspection. Communicated with us on all things that he found whether it was a concern or not. Gave us recommendations for how to properly maintain things going forward. Went over the report with us in detail to make sure we knew every inch of the house.would definitely recommend Amir to anyone buying a home!
