I had great experience at the gardening centre. Ms. Lee is very knowledgeable and helpful. At another store I was simply told to do my own research. Many thanks to Ms. Lee and the manager who helped me out.

I have always enjoyed coming to this Home Depot - friendly associates, great products. I have to give special mention to Bass who helped me with a return. I’d bought a set of outdoor string lights that didn’t light up. I came back to the store and grabbed another box. Bass suggested I plug it in to make sure this set actually worked. After screwing in every light bulb, none of them lit up when we plugged the cord in. So we tried yet another box; same thing. Bass further tightened one of the bulbs and that did the trick! I really appreciated his help and above-and-beyond customer service! Home Depot, you have a great man on your team!

This is the worst store I have ever shopped in. I went in to look at patio furniture on May 27/2023, and through a lot of time and conversation I chose two Hampton chairs, one swivel and one regular with the matching coffee table. I placed the order on the 27th and paid for it requesting for it to be built in store (which I paid $80.00 for) so my granddaughter would be be able to pick it up. They gave me the date June 05 for pickup. I called to verify on the morning of and not one person knew what I was talking about. I received a call from a Manager later that afternoon and he told me they had a problem with the stationary chair which could not be found in any of their warehouses. So he offered me another swivel chair for no extra charge.(nice of him ) The pickup was changed to June 8th. On the 7th I had a dispute with a different manager telling her that I thought" I had purchased the two pack of chair covers. She said it wasn't on the bill and they didn't carry them. Well

I used to buy my plants from that store in Orleans, I went there at 8.30 am to see the mulberry tree that I wanted to buy, then did go home and ordered online because I could not take it with me . They cancelled my order and said they don't have it , even when I told them I saw multiple trees there 10 min ago. I order from another location but the online order go back again to them and was cancelled again. I had to go myself to a location far away ,order at shop and ask it to be send to me.I did go after to this location by curiosity and saw the same multiple trees available there as I told them.So I lost a day ( til 2 pm) and travel a lot to do something that was supposed to be easy. Lesson learned, it was my last time and they lost a client.

I have been working on project in my backyard for a while and stuff at Home Depot(Orleans) made it super easy. Colin from lumber, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them.Thank you Colin.Today I was trying to find a tool and some other materials( by myself) without much luck and Olu from flooring took a time to help me even though it isn't his department, thank you so much.He was very pleasant, professional and certainly knows his store very well. There were others who helped as well these past 2 weeks.I like and enjoy going to Home Depot they have enough stuff to help people like me who doesn't do DIY often or ever. One more thing their cashiers are truly ray of sunshine, beautiful big smiles and quick to process your purchases.Thank you

AMAZING SERVICE!!I phoned to inquire about an item in stock, online mentioning only one was left. I called and was informed that unfortunately that item was no longer available. No big deal this is why I called. Ten minutes later the phone rings and Walid(employee) informs me that he did find the item I was looking for!!This is going above and beyond and I am super grateful for this AMAZING SERVICE!!! He then offered to have it put on hold until I get there!Amazing Customer service goes a long way!Thank you Walid :)

Went to order blinds and discovered I needed a custom size. Alex was able to order the blinds and provided lots of great information.

Lumber quality is the worst I've ever seen. Staff are all new, nobody knows anything and prices are still way too high. Opted to go to Lowes now.. huge difference!

My husband and I needed a few items and after encountering four employees who gave us the run-around, we met Walhi. He was so pleasant and helpful. He was able to help us with what needed and more. We appreciated his friendly service. Thank you “Wall”!
