Almost every time I’m in I’m greeted by a wonderful young lady who is the most upbeat person and has the sweetest personality of anyone I’ve ever met. So incredibly friendly and very professional still in the midst of extremely busy days. Along with that there’s 2 young gentleman who are also very friendly, and make fantastic jokes; always love seeing all 3, make mine and my co-workers Tim’s run so much better!

We pay cash. Every time the same middle aged guy doesn't hand back our change until we ask for it. Same guy didn't correct the amount owing on our order with a 20% app discount until we corrected him. Every time it's something different with this one particular guy.

Fairly incompetent staff. They can only handle one order at a time and will make you wait until the last order is complete before taking your order.

Food was what I ordered but my drink. I paid the 3.50 for a XL French vanilla and it was 1/3 empty when I recieved it through delivery. Wasn't the drivers fault. Very upset with this. UPDATE CAUSE I CANT POST ANOTHER REVIEW! I got double eggs in my sausage and egg sandwich and there were eggshells in both sandwiches and a few days ago I ordered a bagel belt and there were eggshells in that too. Honestly the lack of effort is ASTOUNDING

We were in the drive-thru line, grabbing breakfast for my colleagues and I. We informed the lady taking our orders that we would like our food single-toasted, but it’s two orders of the same thing. When her screen showed double toasted, we informed her over the monitor. Upon asking her to rectify her mistake, she started arguing. She didn’t apologize and messed up our order two times in the same transaction. I understand they are busy then they need to hire more people, and the reason a lot of people probably don’t wish to work for this location is because of the attitude problem the staff members have working there. I do not recommend this Tim Hortons ever.

Ordered a large latte and they made a medium by accident. Instead of fixing it they simply added milk and put it in a large cup. Terrible latte and unprofessional. The wife told me what happened after since I wasn’t paying attention. Anyways then as I was drinking my coffee a small piece of a donut fell in my mouth from the lid. I didn’t have any donuts. Wonderful!!

Every time I come to Tim's my breakfast sandwich is one of the two. It has a ripped and burnt bun, or dripping with grease. Today I have both. This has been on going. The tea was good.

Every time I have the misfortune of having Spencer help" me I leave disappointed by his lack of service skills. This must recent time he started helping another customer before completing my order then when I asked where my cookies were when he looked at me after helping the young lady for a few minutes he goes "yeah I was getting to it" followed by a sad attempt at an apology for it taking so long. How he still has a job is beyond me"

Tim Horton is just a 3 mins away from my house. Nice & clean, good service, and always busy so the food & coffee is always fresh. Excellent to hang out
