Nadine is wonderful in every way! She has done my eyebrows for years and is a wonderful person. She ensures you don’t leave without being happy with her work, and trust me you will always be happy!

Nikita is so knowledgeable and kind. Understands customers concerns and requests and handle them in a very professional way. The way she had done my balayage was so awesome, as it’s my first time to colour my hairs but I am absolutely in love with my hairs and it’s looking great too. Thanks for giving such a wonderful service:). The other staff was taking good care of other clients.Would love to see her again in my next visit.

I adore Taylor, she is fun and approachable and listened to what my vision was and then executed it flawlessly. I had been going to a different salon, but after today am making the move to Lavish (and Taylor). Couldn’t be happier. Lavish is a beautiful salon, conveniently located close to me and the professionalism by all the staff I encountered was refreshing.

Christine is an amazing stylist. She takes the time to listen to what her clients needs and wants are and works with them to produce amazing results.

My hair turned out fine, but when I think back on the whole experience, it was really “off”. I arrived before my appt time, but when I walked in everything was rushed/flustered as though I was late. The greeting was disgruntled, the pace was intense. The salon was empty. The energy was as though “I was a burden” … I’m not sure what I did wrong…? The entire experience felt rushed. If there was not enough time to do my hair, I wish I had been told and we could have figured out a different service together - a cut, or layers, or just a scalp massage and blow dry. If there’s not time, be honest. It was so bizarre how rushed everything was, given the salon was nearly empty. No one in a chair. Foils were okay. But the comb through of wet hair and blow dry…ouch…My hair was treated so poorly. It was combed through harshly and pulled at really hard. And the blow dry was the same; rough, aggressive, really pulling at my hair, and when encountering a knot, just roughed through over and over again. It seems as though aggression was being taken out on my hair. Hair is so important to women; it’s delicate, it’s special to all of us. I’m so confused as to why the experience was so rough and aggressive…? Hair experts should know better than anyone how delicate hair is, and when a woman walks in with thin/brittle or post partum hair (and shares that with the stylist), it could bring forth some extra gentleness, rather than hard pulling and roughing up the hair. Obviously a talented hair stylist, the colour turned out fine, but I left with a lot of unnecessary breakage that could have been avoided. What a rough and aggressive experience that was. I’ve never felt someone treat my hair so poorly. I should have spoken up in the moment, but honestly, I was sort of afraid of the energy from this woman (right from the start). I started to feel bad for her, that life was not going well for her. She seemed very angry. At something other than me, just wish I wasn’t there, in her chair. It was not a warm or gentle experience. My hair was treated so poorly. My third appointment there, different stylist each time because I choose based on date/time, not stylist. But now I will not return.

My first time experience at lavish with Rena did not disappoint. Throughout my appointment she was very professional from start to finish and I was very comfortable during the whole process. 10/10 would recommend! And I look forward to coming back.

McKenzie was fantastic! She ensured my daughter got exactly what she had hoped for for her hair cut. Lots of check in’s along the way, and super welcoming and friendly. Sydney loved the extensive scalp massage and in general the all over experience. She’ll be booking in with McKenzie for sure for her next hair cut! Thank you :)

This was my first time in the salon and was lucky enough to have Taylor cut my hair. From the moment she greeted me, I knew I was in good hands. She went through my hair, made some suggestions and I gave me the perfect haircut!I honestly felt that I had been going to her for years! Taylor is very kind and is a beautiful person. Looking forward to returning to the salon to see Taylor in the future!

I totally loved it! Mackenzie is so good and gave me perfect look and haircut… She is very confident and made me very comfortable. Gave me very useful tips! I am definitely gonna book my next hair-do with Mackenzie next time.
