I reached out to Doug in the winter to get work done. He told me he would get back to me in the spring, he never did. I followed up by phone and email on June 14. I received a reply by a third person that Doug would get back to me. That was July 7. No phone call, no email reply. I reached out on July 18, no reply or call back. I reached out on August 30th, still no reply or call back. I was going to follow up again today but with this lack of customer service up front I can only imagine the quality of work and service afterwards. If you want work done, I don't recommend Hazen Masonry.
