An amazing clinic with top quality service. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. Both my parents have had their dentures done at Westwood Denture Centre and they've been very happy. They were booked in a timely fashion and were given the option to benefit from their mobile services as well. This office was recommended by a family member so I had no idea what the experience would be. I was delighted and amazed by the customer care and attention to detail. The office staff were always friendly, on the phone and in person. I returned for a couple of adjustments and was greeted with the same care, kindness and attention to detail..I would recommend this office to anyone who might need the services of this business. The Denturist was clear, concise and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful with all the paper work ie insurance etc. Super friendly. My mom who is in a wheelchair (easy access) was treated like a queen. 5 star experience for my family.

Had my dad got some work done here. They did a great job for a very reasonable price.Adjustments we're done promptly and the receptionist lady was very kind and helpful with the insurance details.There is a profesonal yet kind upbeat environment amongs the staff. I highly recommend it.My dad is very happy with his denture.

Extremely rude male receptionist that greeted me when I entered the office last Friday March 20th, 2015. It turns out that he is the denturist.I would never recommend someone that is supposed to be putting a smile" on other people!"

Wow is all I can say about this umbrella company. Two years ago I went into this place for my mothers teeth. Once we purchased them one month later, we needed realignment. Then again the third and fourth month. After many visits to this place. The dentureist told us my mother needed BONE GRAPH. As she had no front bone left in her jaw line. So now she did that surgery and now this denture place threw us to the curb. Now they put us on a path and left us. Wow no warranty or feel good after what they did. DONT US THESE GUYS, THEY DONT CARE IF YOU. HAVE A GOOD SMILE....As of now I'm taking them to the Dental Association as well the TV, Media and other news sources.They left my mother toothless as well Austin Denture was the second opinion and they threw us under the bus. All we need is to have my mothers dentures fixed so she can eat. Now these two denture clinics are owned by the same company and they left us high and dry. Soft tissue conditioner is available online or at Sinclairs in North Vancouver and they don't sell to the public. So I need help from a good denture company any recommendations?
