Entertainment Overload

Great prices, but some of the employees aren't very helpful. Anyway love this store hope it sticks around for many years to come.

Please do not shop here. They lie about giving in store credit after purchasing a game if wanting to return if their is a problem with a cartridge or disk. Very rude customer service after dealing with them in person about this issue. These people make peanuts and as they want to fake it as much as they want, they only rent out the store and rent keeps going up and this business will close eventually. Also you can notice the employees clearly make fake five star google reviews on here and mouth off other honest reviewers. Which isn’t cool at all and really immature for a bunch of working class adults. These people have no morales and ethics so please do not give them your hard earned money. Many other places that have better reputation.

Completely unprofessional. Was told a hockey game that said it was for xbox series would work for a xbox one. Bought it. Took it home and it didn't work one the xbox one. Took the game back and they would only give me in-store credit and it wasn't my mistake. It was the person that works there. Seems to me they will tell people anything to make a sale. Won't be going back. Not going to be penalized for someone else's mistake. Especially someone who works there

My partner had a really bad experience here and they wrote a review about it. The guy found my partner on Facebook and messaged them privately to say you shouldn't be able to get a refund if you don't like it. Are you nuts?" Very unprofessional."

I don't understand how people are giving this place a bad review. Must have woken up mad and want to being eceryone else down by not getting how a business is run. Everytime I'm there it's nothing but a friendly atmosphere and respectable business being done. No complaintsAlso you go guy with the beard you're killing it

Love this store, selection for games is vast and the staff knows their stuff and is extremely friendly and helpful 15 out of 10 chefs kiss!! Keep up the great work

Ever since New 2 You took over this place has gone from terrible to amazing. The prices are okay but the selection is good. I have sold to them many times and have bought from them many times more, the staff are kind and helpful and always down to chat for abit. Also i like the guy with the beard, hes a good guy.

My 9 year old got a game here, not realizing it was the same game he already had. Brought it back to get a different game, so just wanting store credit. Gave my son 5 dollars after he spent 12 the day before on the same game. You should be so proud of yourself for ripping off a 9 year old.

Good selection bought a game that was $6 and I returned it 2 months later and buddy said it was worth 2, customer service needs some work as wellOld 15 year old games are not worth $15 lol.
