Supplement King

I love going to suppliment kings they have great prices and knowledgeable staff, i come for our of town just to go here...but I went today to find a be back in 10 minutes sign... ok so I waited... and waited and waited... 25 minutes goes by and STILL NOONE THERE. I’m not very impressed as I did come from out of town specifically to come here. I even called to see if maybe someone forgot to unlock the door, but no answer. So due to this I did not get to go today, and don’t know when or if I will come back. It leaves a bad taste in ones mouth... especially when the store closes in 2 more hours.

Called to inquire about a product and Amber was one of the best saleswomen I've dealt with. They didn't have the product but she called me back with a list of comparable items. Talk to Amber next time you need any supplement, she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Saturday 10:40am, March 11 store is closed. Tried calling, no one inside.

Today I went in and a guy named Kyle went above and beyond. I’m always hesitant about trying new products cause I can be a little picky when it comes to flavour and what’s in what you’re getting. But I tried a new pre workout and a new protein powder based off what I told him I was looking for and what type of lifting I do and he gave me not just 1 but 2 10/10 recommendations and seems very knowledgeable with fitness and athletes in general. I’d 100% recommend this supplement king and the best service I’ve gotten from them so far has been by Kyle, I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like he genuinely took the time to care about his job and give me the facts I was looking for so thank you!

I’ve never been to a supplement shop before and i was anxious that I was going to be judged for not knowing anything. I forget who helped me (6’5 young dude) but he made me feel so welcome. He answered all of my questions, had knowledge of gluten free and checked every one for me!! explained prices and ugh just amazing, i really appreciate his friendliness and service, thank you so much!!

My Wife and I went in looking for some stuff was ignored by the lady at the counter and when I asked her about some stuff I only got a two word answer and then back to being ignored, I really regret buying from here, we wont be back.

Today I went in for the very first time. I went in to restock my pre workout which my dad usually buys for me. When they had told me it was out of stock I asked what other ones I should try out. I was probably in there for 15 minutes looking through them. When I was unsure if I wanted to try a new one the guy working there said “ well you don’t look like you need a good working one so I’ll show you some ones that are on sale.” Not only that comment but many more. The guy talked down to me and kept repeating comments on how I look and how I don’t need to “greatest.” Everything I said he had some downgrading comment back. I didn’t know I had to look a certain way to buy pre workout, good thing I didn’t buy one. Then went to Popeyes supplement and they were so helpful and friendly. First and last time. Embarrassing and disgusting to have workers who downgrade customers. Hope you are proud of your business. Store located in clearview red deer
