Came in today to buy women’s steel toe boots. Diego helped us and was super knowledgeable and went above & beyond. Superior customer service that’s rare to find these days. Truly appreciated!!! We are now loyal customers :-)

I needed shoes for my work but I don’t know much about the safety shoes. I didn’t want to go to this location because it’s reviews are pretty bad. After reading the other reviews I thought if they didn’t help me what I’ll do. I didn’t have much time to go to the other store so I took my chance. Their service is incredible. I asked the lady (forgot to ask her name) to help me and she explained all the options to me as per my need. The worker Colin is amazing. He has incredible knowledge about safety shoes. They both helped me with picking the right pair of shoes. They both deserve a raise for their amazing service :)

Horrible customer service on February 1, 2020. Seemed like there were no customers around the way they were talking. Asking them for help seemed like such an inconvenience.

Unbelivable Poor Customer Service. Im asking for help for HD safety shoes selection and the saleslady Cashier No.1604 -Starr and the guy duty on the same day May 19 12:57PM, only responded just look around" and both of them are just standing at the back counter talking to each other doing nothing. Not to mention that I am the only customer during that time."

Mostly good selection of work boots. Service was ok, but mostly consisted of just getting different sizes and then not really interacting or helping out until I paid up. But on the plus side they gave me a 10% discount on the price, because of no work reimbursement and also they gave me a 10% off coupon for my next purchase at their store
