Traditional training from a seasoned Master in the discipline. The first portion of the class is a solid dose of conditioning/cardio/calisthenics followed by prime instruction from skilled trainers (Kru's). Wish I lived closer to become a regular student! No bells and whistles, just pure bare-bones real-deal Muay Thai. Highly recommend if you're serious about the sport.
